Also, I think that as technology gets easier and easier for children to use it becomes easier and easier for them to steal information as well and work from other people and not give them credit where credit is do. Every year in Psychology I assign a research paper and every year I catch more and more students who are plagiarizing. In fact, this year I even found that one of the sources a student used was actually plagiarized from another site. It was frightening with advancing technology who easy this type of thing can be.

Thing Nine-Creative Commons
I do think that a lot of us use information such as videos, online writings, photos and do not give people the proper credit. I myself try to at least put on all images and written materials where I have gotten them from, but often I haven't checked to see if I have permission to get make those copies or use that information. As was said in the activity, I think that with tighter budgets sometimes we don't want to check if we are using materials in the proper way because we might find out that we can't use it without paying for it.

Plagiarizing from an already plagiarized site ... that's a new low...
